De-ice boot cleaning & treatment
Keep boot care part of your seasonal routine—not an afterthought. We coordinate cleaning and compatible surface treatment with your maintenance team, following applicable aircraft and boot manufacturer instructions. Treatment is not a repair or a substitute for required inspections, and suitability is confirmed before work begins.
Post-deicing exterior cleaning
Deicing and anti-icing fluids can leave residue on aircraft surfaces. We plan residue removal using aircraft-appropriate products and procedures, with attention to sensitive areas and manufacturer guidance. Cleaning timing and any inspection needs are coordinated with your operator or maintenance provider.
ALIGNED WITH YOUR MAINTENANCE TEAM.
Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) are aircraft- and equipment-specific. Before service, we coordinate with your Director of Maintenance, A&P or Part 145 facility to review applicable cleaning restrictions, product compatibility and requested service documentation.
Your authorized maintenance provider determines AD applicability, the status of applicable SBs, required inspections and any maintenance sign-off. Bright Flight’s detailing services do not certify AD/SB compliance, airworthiness or return to service.
